Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation from customerservice@tootsies.com summarizing your order details. Orders and inquiries are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to process your order and when UPS collects the package you will receive an email from UPS.com providing your tracking number.

Tootsies fulfills e-commerce orders from the three brick and mortar stores located in Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, your order may arrive in multiple boxes.

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all US domestic orders. For express service, please see our rates below. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will start being processed on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

We require a signature on orders over $500. All orders under $500 are shipped without a signature requirement. Tootsies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package, please email our customer experience team at customerservice@tootsies.com and we will update your order.

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to Texas at 8.25% and Georgia at 8.9%. International shipping is not offered at this time. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
